An innocent six-year-old is being used as collateral for a drug deal gone bad with a syndicated Mexican Drug Cartel. Police have no leads in the abduction of Cole Puffinburger, but around one hundred officers in the area are working with the FBI and DEA, along with Mexican Authorities, to locate the Stanford Elementary School First Grader.
Two to three Mexican Nationals, believed to be associated with the Mexican Mafia, posed as Police Officers on Wednesday around 7:15 a.m. and knocked on the door of the home and abducted several family members. Also taken were his Mother and her Boyfriend as hostages. (FOXNews).
Wanted for questioning is his Grandfather, Clemens (Clem) Fred Tenemeyer (Tanemeyer?), who drives a White, 2004 Dodge Extended Pickup Truck...
His involvement is directly connected to the abduction, and is believed to either be responsible for withholding the money that led to the crisis, or turned over his family in lieu of the millions of dollars he's allegedly on the hook for with the Cartel. He is about 55 years old; dark, medium-length and somewhat curly hair, stocky-build, and possibly brown eyes. His face looks sun-worn and partially tanned, as if he works construction and wears shades regularly. His chin is pronounced with varying folds... His friends and/or other family members may be involved.
These drug cartels are brutal and utterly ruthless. Bringing Cole home immediately is crucial to his survival.
The cops might want to follow the money. In fact, using the Grandfather (once found) as bait wouldn't be a bad idea. An estimated $8-$20 million is owed. Las Vegas Review-Journal:
The disappearance of 6-year-old Cole Puffinburger this week was related to illegal drug activities involving the boy’s family, Las Vegas police said Thursday.
The case involves “significant amounts of money and drugs” and “a number of drug deals that have taken place,” Capt. Vincent Cannito said.
He declined to elaborate on the drug deals or who was involved in the scheme, citing the ongoing investigation.
Sources said it’s believed that a member of Cole’s family (now believed to be known as Clemens (Clem) Fred Tenemeyer) owes a Mexican drug cartel between $8 million and $20 million.
Sources described the family member as an alleged money launderer for the cartel. The family member is in hiding.

Six-year-old Cole Puffinburger is a first grader at Stanford Elementary School. He is 47″ tall, weighs 48 pounds, has blonde hair, blue eyes, distinctly stained front teeth, an overbite and wears prescription glasses.
Cole was last seen wearing a black John Cena wrestling shirt, dark jeans, and a black zip-up hooded sweatshirt with black, blue, and white stars.
An Amber Alert has been issued and Police will provide more details on that information as soon as it is available. FOXNews is providing in-depth coverage (CH 21).
However, we now have one description of the three Hispanic males who are suspects, all of whom speak with a Hispanic accent.
This suspect is described as having black, shoulder length hair (worn slicked back), appears to be in his early 30s, stands 5′7″ and weighs 150 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
